to enjoy a great sound and light show
and celebrate together the 50th anniversary of the Val Thorens resort.

Follow the movement and join the companies who will take you from the Rue du Soleil and the Place du Slalom to the Board's Rooftop to the rhythm of their magical wanderings.

Mapping : The origins

Val Thorens before the arrival of the first pioneers. A cold environment, hostile to life, just like the universe at its beginning.

6:00pm to 6:05pm

Live Show : EXPANSION

The discovery of this environment and all its potential. Life can exist here, just as it did when life first arrived on Earth.

6:05pm to 7:00pm

Mapping : ELEVATION

The period of major works in Val Thorens symbolised by the evolution of life on our planet.

7:00pm to 7:05pm

Live Show : Sublimation

The resort in the present. Accomplished, following the example of our civilisation at its zenith, but also leading to the questioning of our transformation.

Closure Mapping

We need to remember our origins, their foundations, in order to renew ourselves in the future. We need to transform ourselves, to evolve based on our past and present.
